Our research focuses on developing next generation tools for engineering education.

For our augmented reality (AR) research, we developed AR applications along with specialized activities to help students visualize invisible concepts such as vectors, forces, and moments.

We also used the Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) research survey to investigate the effect of real-time, self reported emotions on student’s performance, persistence, and motivation.
